Double room available in social house

Sadly our current housemate is leaving us so we have a double room available from the 1st of June

The house is currently a mix of 3 boys and 3 girls so we are looking for a guy to keep the balance :)

Our house is a short 5 minute walk to Clapham North and 7 mins to Stockwell tube station and also has great access to Clapham and Brixton.

The house is really spacious and has a huge kitchen, loads of shared living space, a dedicated laundry room, three bathrooms and an extra wc, a garden, alongside superfast 600MB/s broadband.

A really good size double with space for a desk and loads of storage!

It’s unfinished but furniture can be sold with the room!

All of us are in our late twenties and all super friendly and sociable! We are all mates, who are constantly messing around, joking and generally jamming - so would be great to add someone to the clan!

We make time for drinks, house meals, and watching TV in the evenings but are also respectful of everyone's own lives. We are all working work full time with some days in the office and some at home.

The house is really well looked after and we're looking for someone who will treat it as a home. Ideally, someone considerate, understanding, respectful and easy-going would be a good addition to the current housemates. We would love someone to join in with us :)

Deposit is 6 weeks rent. So this comes to closer to £1200
(possible because yearly rent of the house is over £50k)

You’d be moving in a week into the month so it’s only 23 days to pay which is £690+ deposit on 1st June. Then the first full months rent and bills are due on 25th which is £870ish total each month
