Short term room

Hi - I am moving out of my room and need someone to replace me on a short term basis. The room is available from 20th June until 20th August. Total cost is £2,000 (1k a month, all bills included).

Large double room, furnished with bed, I build hanging space and and wardrobe /bedside table. Over looks the garden with bay window.

House has shared kitchen/dining space, and living room. Plus decent sized patio garden. South facing so lots of sun during the day. Does look over the railway track but you get used to it to be honest.
