Big double room in Clapham

Hi! I am sadly moving out because I found a new job in North London.

About the house:
- We are located 7-10 mins walking distance from Clapham North tube station and Clapham Common, and fom the High Street offering everything you need: big supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, pubs, cafes, and the common.
- It is an old but lovely home: we look after it and we keep it tidy so it is very important that you are tidy too and that you know how to clean up after yourself.
- Downstairs: living room with TV, toilet, kitchen with all the facilities, and a terrace.
- Upstairs: bathroom with bath and shower.
- Bills: electricity, wifi, water and council tax come monthly, gas comes every 3 months. Overall, depending on the month, it could be between £120/140
- We have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks, we take turns to pay, it's £40. She does common areas and rooms only if you leave the door open :)

About the room:
- Your room is upstairs, comes with a big double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table (s). If you need any other furniture showed in the puctures we can negotiate. The window faces the back of the house/neighbour's garden so it's very quiet (just random foxes noises sometimes!)

About the flatmates:
We are chill and quiet and with busy schedules so currently looking for somebody with the same life style, ideally professionals (9-5 kind of thing). We get along very well, but we all have own own friends/lives and we all respect each other's space. We sometimes invite friends for lunch/dinner, but It is not a party house.

About you: if you're interested and you think you would fit in this lovely house, please send a message and let us know a bit about yourself. Occupation, interests/hobbies and that stuff. The agency will be managing all the paperwork so references will be needed. Ah! We also have a landlady who is GREAT.
