Hey, my large room in a 4 bed flat will be available at the end of the June but can be flexible on dates.

Flat is ground floor, and has 2 bathrooms. Flat is fully equipped - Iron, ironing board, kettle, plates, glasses all that good stuff.

Rent is £1100 with all bills included. Agency are super helpful if anything goes wrong. Deposit is £1100.
Agency have said no couples and you'll need to have a job or offer of contract.

Other flatmates will also be moving out soon so may be more than one room available - mines the biggest 🙂

Situated 1 min from clapham north station, a Sainsbury's Local and lots of good pubs.
