I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take over my room. Looking for someone who wants to move in from mid July, but dates are flexible (latest move-in is start of September)

Flat/room details
2 bed flat. Cozy shared living room with dining table and a work desk and chair for whoever takes the room to work from home. The bedroom has a double bed, under-bed storage and lovely big wardrobe + chest of drawers and full length mirror. Comes furnished, and I’m open to leaving the second chest of drawers (white) if required.

Rent details
The rent is £1075 and the deposit is £1,240. You’d be taking over a contract until end of August 2025, with the option to extend.

Location
The flat’s location is great, less than 5 minutes walk from Clapham North station on the Northern line, super quick access to central London. You can also walk 15 mins to Stockwell for the Victoria line.

Roommate
You’d be sharing with a lovely 23 year old girl who works a corporate job.
