Hi! I’ve got two spare rooms becoming available mid August (potentially scope to move in mid-late July) because my two current housemates are moving in with their partners.

The house is a three bed top floor flat in Clapham North. The flat is a five minute walk to the tube and High Street overground stations and about ten minutes from the common.

Rent would be £1030 pcm (bills not included) and the deposit is £1000 per rooms. You’d need to be able to pass referencing via an agent.

I’m 27 and originally from Aus but have lived here for a couple of years. I work in healthcare so only work from home occasionally. I enjoy going to the pub, gym and eating out etc., - all the usual fun stuff. Hoping to find a couple of people who are easy going, and could be friends but also have their own friendship groups.

- Small Sainsbury’s about 5 mins away + a big one on the High Street less than 10 mins away
- Leisure centre about 5 mins away
