Hello potential flatmates!

We are looking for a new housemate in a homely flat in Clapham North (zone 2). We have a large sized double at a great rent price for the area.

The Room - The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress and built in wardrobes.

The rest of the flat - We've got a medium sized open plan kitchen dining/living room. There is only one bathroom so we try to be not hog it in the mornings!

About Us - We are two girls Vierka (33) and Laura (36) and are looking for someone to move in of a similar age and working professional (sorry no men, students or couples)

Laura is an events organiser and loves going to the gym, travel and dance.

Vierka works in media, and loves running.

We treat our flat as a home and we are looking for a housemate who will slot in nicely and want to live in a chilled and relaxing home environment. We like to do our own thing but also sometimes enjoy having a catch up in the living room.

Landlord/ Contract - Our landlady lives in London and usually likes to meet all new tenants before they move in. We all have separate contracts with the landlady so pay our rent directly to her separately.

Bills / Cleaner - Approx £125. We have a cleaner that comes bi weekly and we each take turns to pay. We like to keep the place clean throughout the week.

Location / Transport - The flat is located on a side road off the bottom of Clapham High Street with an amazing 3 min walk to Clapham North Station (Northern line) and 10 mins to Stockwell (Victoria) plus 5 - 10 mins to Clapham Common station.

We are looking for a housemate to move in from mid - end of October.
