Medium Double Available in Clapham

Hello potential flatmates!

We are looking for a new housemate in a homely flat in Clapham North (zone 2). We have a medium sized double at a great rent price for the area.

The Room - The room is furnashed with a double bed mattress and a wardrobe, The room gets lot's of sunlight.

The rest of the flat - We've got a medium sized open plan kitchen dining/living room. There is only one bathroom so we try to be not hog it in the mornings!

About Us - We are two girls Georgia (31) and Laura (34) and are looking for someone to move in of a similar age and working professional (sorry no young students!)

Laura is an events organiser and loves going to the gym, travel and dance.

Georgia works in building management, loves animals, bikes and was previously a horse instructor.

We treat our flat as a home and we are looking for a housemate who will slot in nicely and want to live in a chilled and relaxing home environment. We like to do our own thing but also sometimes enjoy having a catch up in the living room or sharing a wine.

Landlord/ Contract - Our landlady lives in London and usually likes to meet all new tenants before they move in. We all have separate contracts with the landlady so pay our rent directly to her separately.

Bills / Cleaner - Approx £125. We have a cleaner that comes bi weekly and we each take turns to pay. We like to keep the place clean throughout the week.

Location / Transport - The flat is located on a side road off the bottom of Clapham High Street with an amazing 3 min walk to Clapham North Station (Northern line) and 10 mins to Stockwell (Victoria) plus 5 - 10 mins to Clapham Common station.
