A lovely double room has become available in a terraced house, located between 5/10 mins walk from Brixton and Clapham North underground.

The room is furnished with a really comfy double bed, display cabinet, clothes rail and a desk. You will share the first floor bathroom (which includes a bath!) with one other flatmate.

The house is well furnished and includes a comfortable living room, two large bathrooms, kitchen and a small outdoor space. The kitchen is large, fully functioning and equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The living room is spacious with lots of storage space, comfy lounge area and a TV with all mod cons. The house is shared with three fun, down to earth professionals.

Rent is £620 per month + bills (usually around £170/month - cheaper in the Summer months and includes a fortnightly cleaner, council tax, Wifi, water etc…).
Deposit is £894.
The room is available from Thursday 1st August.

You will be living with three easy going girls who work a mix of WFH and office days. We spend time together as a house just chilling in the evenings, going for runs, exploring the local area.

I am moving to Australia which is why I am sadly leaving this great home; I’ve lived here for two and a half years and have loved my time here.
