Hey! My name is Jamie and I am currently looking for someone to take over the lease on my current roommate's room. It's a lovely flat with a rooftop balcony (now with a barbecue) and a nice living room with lots of natural light.
The flat itself is well situated, being a roughly 5 minute walk from both Clapham North tube station and Wandsworth Road station. It is also just a short trip to Clapham Junction Station. As important, its a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common, which is a lovely place to walk and hang out in the warm.
