2 Doubles in a 4 bed Clapham North house (garden)

Hello!

Unfortunately two of our housemates are moving out at the end of our lease, so we are looking for two new faces to take their place. The house is modern, with three floors, three bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room and a lovely garden perfect for bbqs.

We are situated a 7 minute walk from Clapham North station, 10 minute walk from Stockwell station and about 12 minute walk from Brixton Station. The street is residential and quiet.

Laura and I will be staying in the house, with our other housemates being two guys, so we would prefer to have two guys again as we like the mixed dynamic. Ideally this will be two that are already friends, but we would potentially be open to individuals too.

Laura (trainee lawyer) and I (freelance creative) are both hardworking and sporty girls who do enjoy an occasional night in the pub (or two), so would love to have sociable housemates who are clean and tidy but also up for getting involved in house activities.
