About The Room & House:

The bedroom is based in a big three-story house with a kitchen, living room, garden, and a big furnished bedroom.

Based in an amazing location, you will be 5 minutes from Clapham North Station (Northern line), 10 minute walk from Stockwell (Victoria line), and a 10 minute walk to Brixton.

The room comes furnished, (double bed, huge wardrobe, large desk + chair), is super spacious and gets amazing natural light!

Rent: £841.83 per month plus all bills which comes to ~£144 on top. Bills include: council tax, gas/electricty, WiFi & a cleaner x2 p/m.

About The Girls:

There are currently five of us girls, a mix of ages between 26 and 28, all in full-time work (across Sales, Marketing, and law). We are a super close house, and so we’re looking for someone who would love to join! We all love to watch movies, stay healthy during the week, and have occasional pub nights. We also have our own groups we hang out with. We have a great relationship with our landlord, who is super nice and attentive, too.

We’re looking for a female between the ages of 25-30 who wants to be a housemate as well as a friend (no couples, sorry). Our 5th housemate is making the move to Sydney so looking to replace.
