Tenant looking for a flatmate for a well-sized two-person flat share, with large living room, attached kitchen, and shared bathroom. 1 Year contract🙌

The area is brilliant for anyone wanting a mix of lively and residential, the road is very quiet but I located minutes away from Clapham highstreet where you can find bars, clubs, cafes, supermarkets, gyms and convenient travel options to Central London (5 mins walk to Clapham North Station for the Northern Line, 10 mins to Brixton Station for Victoria Line)🚂

Has all the usual appliances you’d expect, washing machine, oven, gas hob, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer. Street parking outside with residents permit 🚗 and parking is free on weekends.

Bills are not included but tend to come to about £120 per month (covers council tax, water, electric, gas, etc.) and the deposit is £1096 (DPS protected).

I am currently working full-time at an architecture firm, so I’m out of the flat, daytime weekdays, but often around at weekends. Enjoy watching sports, trips to the pub / common, and generally exploring the city
