I have a double room available for rent in my flat about 2 minutes' walk from Clapham North tube (and 5 minutes from Clapham High St. station). I'm Tim, a sociable, easy-going guy and I'm looking for a considerate and tidy male lodger to share my flat with.
About the room:
The room itself is a decent size with plenty of storage. You would be sharing the kitchen / dining, living room, bathroom and garden.
Who I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a sociable male flatmate, rather than just a lodger. If you're the kind of guy who likes to keep themselves to themselves in the room, then this isn't going to work.
I like having the flat to myself during the daytime so I'd prefer someone who does not usually work from home.
I might be open to short-tem rentals and / or weekday rentals if that's what you're looking for. I'm also flexible with dates, (and possibly the budget if the fit is right). I'm fine with quiet, well-bahaved dogs, but I'm alergic to cats.
