3 week sublet

I’m looking to sublet my room in Brixton / Clapham North from 3rd - 25th August, as I have a crossover of tenancies.

It’s a double room in a 3 bed, 2 bath maisonette living with two others - one girl and one guy, both 24. We all met at the University of Leeds, are keen sailors and love a trip to the local pub - the Duke of Edinburgh.

The room is furnished (different to those in the video as I’m furnishing the room myself), with a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and a built-in wardrobe.

There’s also a garden at the back, sharing with the ground floor flat although apparently they never use it.

It’s an ideal location being only a 6-minute walk from Brixton, and a 10-minute walk from Clapham North.
