Really nice room in Clapham North in a 4 bed flatshare. The room is ground floor and south facing with a nice view of the garden. There is a huge shared living room with sofas which is great for hanging out with flatmates and friends. The kitchen spacious and nice. Also the garden is a bit of a shambles atm but we have big plans to fix it up for the hot summer evenings - it is quiet and south facing, with lots of potential!

The flatmates are two guys and a girl, all between 24-27 and working professionals. Everyone in the flat is super lovely and I’m v sad to not be living with them anymore! It’s a social house and we like to chat in the evenings/ watch tv together, but everyone also has their own space and friends outside the flat!
The lease will be renewed on September 1, it will be 12 months with a 6 month break clause. However I will be moving out the weekend of 17/18 aug so can be flexible with dates and sublet for a week or two!
If you are interested pls message me asap! I am leaving London for a while on Friday evening - appreciate it is late notice but would like to do viewings before then if possible, otherwise can potentially arrange for my flatmates to do so. Thanks:)
