Double Room by Clapham North Station

We have a cosy room available opposite Clapham North Station. Unfortunately our flatmate is about to move to New York for work and we’re looking for a new social and fun flatmate.



About Us

I’m Sam (25), have lived in the flat for nearly a year and currently work in Audit (I’m also gay so LGBT friendly is needed haha). Imogen is 23 and works in Public Affairs. We both tend to work a mix of in the office and from home, the flat generally isn’t suitable for full-time work from home. 

To keep a nice social vibe we are looking for someone of similar age to hang out with and go to the pear tree for post work drinks.



About the Room & Flat

The flat is in an amazing location just 30 seconds walk from Clapham North tube station, or if you use the Viccy line we are also a 10 minute walk from Stockwell station. The flat is just off the High Street so there are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We are also a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common, which is great for drinks during the summer, or perfect if you’re interested in sports or running. There are also multiple gyms a short walk from the flat including Pure Gym, Jetts and Virgin.


The room has a double bed, and has ample amounts of storage with a built in shelved cupboard, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is modern and shared between the 3 of us. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and has good storage.
 The lounge is spacious and comfortable so great for socialising in the evenings. We both like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate someone who is the same.


Rent & Bills

The rent is £935 per month total (including all bills, council tax and wifi), with a deposit of £750 (Landlord requires proof of income to show you can cover the rent i. e. employment contract etc - guarantors may also be accepted).
We have a really good relationship with our landlord and can message him anytime we need.


The room will be available from 1st September (potentially flexible) with rent due on the 7th of each month.
