Amazing Double Room in Clapham

Me and my friend are looking for a third flatmate to buddy-up for a flat in Clapham. We are both professional software engineers, 23 and 24 years old. We are from Slovakia and Russia.

The holding deposit for the flat has been already paid and we are looking for a 3rd flatmate ASAP. The apartement provides generous open plan reception room with a dining area together with 3 large spacious double bedroom with wardrobes and a beautiful bathroom together with an en-suite shower for the master bedroom. The move-in date would be 30rd August and rent is around £1,250 (without bills) for the room.

A typical working day for me is: work from home (most days), go to gym, cook, watch some TV or hang around the flat, sleep. We like to go out from time to time, but not night-owls and really care about sleep schedule.

Looking for: no hard preference, ideally professional in their 20s, chill attitude so that we can go have a friendly and fun household.
