Gorgeous Clapham North Room!

Hey guys! We have one double room becoming available in our Clapham North flat! I'm heading overseas with my work in September (date isn't confirmed yet but it will most likely be in the first week of September and I'll update as soon as I have the date!) It's a gorgeous flat with super lovely girls and I'm genuinely so sad to be leaving!🥲
The Flat🏡:
The flat is located less than 5 mins walk from Clapham North station (so convenient for the Northern line!) and Clapham High Street Overground Station. It's a top floor flat with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (so you'll only share a bathroom with one other girl.) The living area and Kitchen are super spacious and there is plenty of storage! It's about a 10-15 min walk to Clapham Common and Stockwell. Only a few mins walk to Sainsbury's and all the joys of Clapham High Street! It's also on a nice quiet street, and is extra quiet being on the top floor.
The Flatties👯‍♀️:
The flat is shared with 3 super lovely professional girls all in their mid 20's. It's a super friendly and sociable flat but everyone also has their own independence/is happy having some downtime too. We're all super active and chilled and also enjoy bingeing some trash TV. Hana and Sophie are both Physios and Katie works in Marketing.
The Room🛏:
The room comes furnished, and I'm also selling everything you see in the photo (plants, bedding, decorations etc) for super cheap so you're welcome to grab whatever you like if needed! The room gets really nice morning sun and has plenty of storage.
We're aiming to have viewings on the evening of the 20th of August, so please flick me a message with a bit of info about yourself if you're interested! The monthly rent is £1075 without bills. Bills (including council tax, wi-fi, water and electricity) come to around £100-£120 depending on usage xx
