King size room available in friendly house share

Hey! We're looking for a down to earth housemate to join our social but peaceful place between Clapham North (5min walk) and Brixton (12min walk).

The house is big and comfortable, with shared dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and garden with decking. The room is massive and is on the top floor so gets lots of light.

You'll be joining the current housemates Laura (F, 30), Dan (M, 30) and Jack (M, 23... although mature for his age!) We enjoy hanging out at the house together if we're around,, mostly watching TV in the evenings or wholesome Sundays around the house. We all get up early for work so are good at respecting noise (defo not a party house).

Suitable for working professionals, who are down to earth, easy-going and respectful. Ideally female to keep the gender balance, 26 - 32ish and have things in common - mainly fitness!

You would need to be able to move in by the end of September, and there may be the possibility of earlier.

Bills aren't included and come to about £140/month.
