Double room in Clapham North

As one of the tenants is leaving our flatshare, we have one furnished double room available in Clapham North from 14th of September.

The flat is at the first and second floor of a house in Clapham North, there are four bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath and toilet, one small bathroom with a toilet, a large kitchen and a large separated living room.

The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Clapham North, 10 minutes walk to Stockwell and 10 minutes walk to the Overground and you can walk to Brixton in about 15minutes.

About the flatmates: We’ve got Tim (28), Liam (28) our newest addition and me Ali (28). We all have office jobs but work a few days remotely. Tim and I have lived in the house for a year now and we are looking for people who are interested in maintaining a respectful communal space where we can get together or equally spend individual time. We do like to keep it tidy and split the tasks and are therefore looking for someone who can communicate and be considerate in keeping the space welcoming for everyone.

The bills currently run at £100, however in winter we usually all have to chip in a bit when we turn the heating on.
