Amazing Flat + Flatmates

By far the greatest home I've ever had in London. Only reason I'm leaving is because I'm purchasing a property.

The flat itself is perfect and been decorated so well, all the way down to the little details.
2 bbqs - gas and coal
New 36' inch TV in the living room
The deck gets sun from sunrise till about 6.30pm
It's such a sun trap, we even spend time out there in the winter

Flatmates: We took this place as a group of friends, and have usually had friends jump at the opportunity to live here when a room comes vacant.

The flatmates are an Irish girl (31) and New Zealand guy (31). We're social people, so we're looking for someone that they can finish a day with and have a easy chat and a bit of a laugh.

We end up joining each other on quite a few different things, like maybe going to the pub, a festival or playing sport. There's no expectation you have to actively join in, but it's nice if everyone is into the same kind of stuff, just encase you want to.

Move in date ideally 31st August but can be flexible and push back to mid Sept too.. aproxímate £160 transfer of lease charge as a one off.
