Double Room in Clapham North

Hey guys! We have one double room becoming available in our Clapham North flat as I’m heading overseas! Move in date is the 21st of September. It's a gorgeous flat with super lovely girls and I'm genuinely so sad to be leaving!🥲
The Flat🏡:
The flat is located less than 5 mins walk from Clapham North station (so convenient for the Northern line!) and Clapham High Street Overground Station. It's a top floor flat with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (so you'll only share a bathroom with one other girl.) The living area and Kitchen are super spacious and there is plenty of storage! It's about a 10-15 min walk to Clapham Common and Stockwell. Only a few mins walk to Sainsbury's and all the joys of Clapham High Street! It's also on a nice quiet street, and is extra quiet being on the top floor.
The Flatties👯‍♀️:
The flat is shared with 3 super lovely professional girls all in their mid 20's. It's a super friendly and sociable flat but everyone also has their own independence/is happy having some downtime too. We're all super active and chilled and also enjoy bingeing some trash TV. Hana and Sophie are both Physios and Katie works in Marketing. We’d love someone to join the flat who is super friendly and keen for the odd flat outing but also has their own lives! Ideally someone working in office or hybrid with max 2 wfh days per week ☺️ One of the girls is also keen to do something shared cooking so if you’re keen on that that’s an extra bonus!
The Room🛏:
The room comes furnished (and can also come with a duvet inner and some sheets and towels if needed!) It gets really nice morning sun and has plenty of storage.
We're aiming to have viewings this Sunday, so please flick me a message with a bit of info about yourself if you're interested! The monthly rent is £1075 without bills. Bills (including council tax, wi-fi, water and electricity) come to around £100-£120 depending on usage xx
