The flat

Available from 1st October, there will be a change in tenant on the lease which expires at the beginning of June 2025. There will also be an opportunity to extend the lease after this.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat between Clapham North and Brixton. The flat itself is super spacious with a huge kitchen and living room with two double doors opening out into a wrap around balcony - great for summer and dinner parties!

There is also a gated private carpark if you have a car. The flat is rented through private landlords also who have been a dream to deal with over the last year and a half.

Furniture/kitchenware you don’t really need to bring anything apart from anything for your room you’d like specifically – unless you’d like to of course but it is well furnished.

Your room

Your room has a double bed, double door wardrobe and you can purchase a chest of drawers and side table from the current tenant if you’d like. You also have the main bathroom to yourself (which includes a bath). There is ample storage throughout the flat with 3 additional storage cupboards to use for extra space! We have made one into a coat rack for winter jackets already.

About Kim (your housemate)

I am an Australian professional working in HR for a property dev/pm consultancy, currently a mix of office based and WFH, but I am mainly in the office.

I am easy going and always down for a wine (or 5). I enjoy a night out but equally enjoy a good netflix binge. Being Australian I live for the sun (don't ask why I moved to London, I question it every winter too) and just generally dosing up on that vitamin D. You can catch me at brunch or gigs on weekends, or making the most of the cheap flights across Europe. I like to balance out the fun with some wholesomeness like pilates or spin. I'm pretty sociable but I am looking for a home that can be both calm yet fun. I'm open to females or males but sorry no couples.

Rent is £1190 per month. Bills aren't included in rent amount but will be split equally. They have come out between £190-250pp varying between summer and winter, sometimes less. This includes electricity, gas, council tax, internet/wifi, Netflix, and an ad hoc cleaner.
