🏡 Two Rooms in Flat Share Clapham/Brixton

Two rooms are available in a three bedroom flat share with a great location between Clapham North and Brixton.

It's about a 7 min walk to both the northern line and the victoria line. And also next to a Big Tesco and Lidl just at the end of our road 5 min walk.

The house is chill vibes, huge living space and lovely modern kitchen for cooking. The house is fully equipt with furniture and utencils but but there is space if you have a few bits and bobs.

1️⃣ First room is a huge double room for an individual or a couple. You can fit anything you want in this room, even a couch to create a nice lil living area. It's on the top floor of the flat with great lighting and afternoon sunlight.

2️⃣ Second room is a double room where you can easily fit a desk and double bed. On the main floor of the flat also with great light and morning sunlight.

You'll be living with me, Milly. I'm an Aussie from Melbourne, moved to the UK last year. Professional working in marketing for a tech company, 26. I work from the office 4 days a week most weeks but am home in the evenings and love chilling with the rest of the house. I love cooking, eating out and travelling (which is what every person says on here #basic)

Looking for two others (together or individuals) to take over from my current housemates (who are moving in with partners 😢) and continue the wholesome vibes! The vibes is the most important but also cleanliness is also a must :)

Logistics:
- Big room = 1200 for single or 1350 for a couple
- Downstairs room = 950 for a single

Not including bills. But they come to around £90- £120 each a month including everything (council tax which we pay monthly, electricity, gas, water etc.)
