Huge room in friendly Clapham/Stockwell house

I’m moving out after four fantastic years in this place.
It’s about five to six minutes walk to Clapham North station and about seven minutes walk to Stockwell - plus also very close to Clapham High Street overground!
So you have Northern line, Victoria line and the Overground on your doorstep. Amazing location for transport and it’s a gated complex on a main road so there’s always plenty of people around - it feels safe.

The room itself is MASSIVE and on the middle floor. It has floor to ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony into the leafy backyard - honestly so beautiful and it keeps the room cool in Summer. There are also blackout blinds. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other guy who is pretty clean! I paid the previous tenant for the massive wardrobe organiser, bed, and coffee table when I moved in and would be looking to do the same, so this would suit someone who currently doesn’t have furniture and is keen to buy some (at a low price!)

The housemates are so friendly and all have interesting jobs. Nathan works as a sports accountant, Mim is in media PR and Eoin is working in artificial intelligence. They’re very easy to live with and while it’s not a massive party house, we are keen to keep up a social atmosphere where everyone gets on well and is up for a chat.

The complex itself is undergoing some construction work (hello cladding scandal) so the main courtyard has some scaffolding up, but we don’t expect it to be there much longer.
