2 room available in Brixton/ Clapham

Hi pals!

We're Clem, Chloe, and Rachel, and we've lived in our Clapham North/Brixton place for the last year (although it’s been in our friendship group for a couple of extra years).

In October (21st), two of the boys are sadly moving out—one’s off to travel, and the other is moving in with his long-term partner. So, we’re on the hunt to replace them with some newer and improved housemates (sorry girls, but we’re hoping to keep the same dynamics!).

About the House:
Located halfway between Clapham North and Brixton tube stations (less than a 10-minute walk to either), you’ve got the best of both worlds with the Northern and Victoria lines.
Just a 10-minute walk from Clapham High Street Overground.
Super close to a heap of bars/ pubs
Large open living room and dining room, furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, etc.
Outdoor area.

About Us:
We are three young professionals. Clem works from home typically 2-3 days a week, while Chloe and Rachel both work in an office. We met on SpareRoom and are all super close, so we want someone who’s equally fun and social to fit that vibe. We love a night out, a trip to the pub, or a night in on the couch when we’re all together. We also keep quite active, and there are a few gyms around if you’re into that.

About the house:
Room 1 (large): £860 + about £100 for bills.
Room 2 (typical double): £805 + about £100 for bills.

Bills include council tax, gas/electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is one month’s rent for each room.

Tenancy until May (21st) with the option to extend.
