Hello, my lovely double room is available to rent from the 22nd of October. After about a year in this house, I am moving closer to my work and looking for someone to replace me.

The room is in a 4-bedroom house which you will be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl. Your new housemates are Adam (25) from New Zealand, Hannah (24) and Alfie (25), both from England. They’re all super friendly, always up for a chat, a spontaneous movie night or pub trip, but also have their own lives and are respectful of personal space. They’re looking for a friendly female flatmate to keep the balance, who is clean, tidy and happy to socialise with the house.

The house is spread across three floors, with one full bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The room itself is a great size and faces the garden, making it super quiet. We also have a big, brand-new kitchen (refitted just a few months ago), a cosy living room, and a garden!

The house is in a fantastic location, just an 8-minute walk from Clapham North station (Northern line), a 10-minute walk from both Stockwell and Brixton stations (Victoria line) and approximately a 12 minute walk to Clapham High Street overground. It’s directly in the middle of Clapham and Brixton, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Rent is £875 and bills come to around £100 each month. The deposit is £840.
