Flatmate wanted for short term let

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room asap for 3 weeks between 2-25 October. I am planning on going travelling.

You will be taking over a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and comfortable chair. This is in a large house with shared living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden. (Forgive the photos! This house is currently lived and lot tidier than it looks). A cleaner also comes once every 2 weeks.

Amenities in the house include the usual white goods (including a fridge, freezer and washing machine, but no dryer). Plenty of space to hang up washing as well.

Housemates are really nice and super chilled, most of them work hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office and have their own lives but are also available some evenings to socialise in the living room.

Price will be £250 per week including bills.
