Looking for 1 male and 1 female to replace us.

There is a shared bathroom with bath on the 2nd floor shared between only 3 rooms.

Our landlord, Paul, is very kind, responsive, and lives in London.

Bills: Around £120pm (time of year dependant)

very social, enjoys playing football 3 times a week, loves a trip to the pub and wouldn't hesitate to hit up infernos at a minutes notice. Watches all sports on his large tv and would love to have flatmates to enjoy it with, or he would also love a movie night with the group as well if sport isnt your thing. Working in the NHS as an admin assistant.
