En-suite with Balcony Room in Clapham North

Hi! We’re 2 girls sharing a flat in Clapham North who are looking for a third flatmate as our friend is moving in with her partner now. We’d prefer a girl but are open to boys too as long as they’re clean, respectful and considerate! We’re a fun and easygoing flat but also very respectful of everyone’s privacy and personal space :) We’d ideally like to look for someone who’s reliable, kind, fun, easygoing, friendly, clean, respectful, considerate!

The room for rent is an en-suite with a bathtub and a balcony, it’s really nice as its got a hallway leading to it which makes it very private and soundproof - the flat is quite decent-sized and no rooms share a wall too so the rooms feels very private and soundproof in general.

I’m a student and my flatmate is a working professional. She’s out a lot for work and I’m around more often but will still leave the house quite often to study. It’s honestly not a big deal either ways because the flat is quite big so it never feels like we’re in each other’s way. We keep the flat clean but will still arrange a cleaner to come by every 1-2 weeks and split the costs three ways.
