• Rent – £975pcm (excl. bills)
• Bills – circa £100pcm
• Move In – November 4th to November 30th
• Deposit – circa £900
• Term – 12 months minimum
• Weekly cleaner – FREE (paid for by landlord)
• Property – Town house

The House:
We’re located a 5min walk from Clapham North (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street (Overground) stations, and just round the corner from the world famous ‘Landor’ pub. It’s your classic 5 bed London town house.

We want to keep it as 4 tenants and keep one of the rooms ‘spare’ but it’s more of a storage room for everyone’s stuff they don’t want in their room. Its perfect for hanging up clothes to dry! We might be open to bringing in a fifth person if you’ve got a mate but we can cross that bridge another time.

LARGE shared kitchen with loads of cupboard and fridge space (2 fridges). Decent sized living room with 3 double sofas, TV with all the streaming apps you’d expect. One downstairs toilet (small) and one large shared bathroom.

Spacious patio/garden with outside furniture and BBQ.

We also have a cleaner that comes every Tuesday to do all the communal areas – FREE of charge!! Our lovely landlady pays for it out her own pocket!!

The Room:
A large double bedroom with a private en-suite (toilet, sink, shower). Loads of built in cupboard space, and a large fixed desk for you WFH people. The desk can NOT be moved, so no need to bring your own! Ignore the Peloton in the pics - It'll get moved.

Ideal Person:
25-30 years old.

We’re 3 guys in their late 20s (see below), ideally looking for a female to add a bit of class to the house and change the vibe around here, but of course open to anyone and everyone – applications open to all 😊

This isn’t a party house so someone in their early 20s or wanting to have drinks in the house most weekends probably isn’t going to work. That being said, we do love a night out (we’re not that boring yet), just not quite every weekend these days, The house is a good mix of everyone enjoying their own space and having a good chat and laugh in the kitchen or lounge.

Of course like everyone else, we also want someone who’s clean, funny, not annoying, a good laugh, mature, looking to be mates, and all that jazz – obviously!

Your Housemates:
Oscar (29) – known as ‘Oscar’. Works in sales. Works from the office 5 days a week. Loves Aston Villa, golf, running (newbie), gym (newbie), eating out/restaurants, pubs, online shopping, spending money on pointless stuff, exploring London, activities (shuffle board, flight club etc.), trying to be the funny one, sitting on his chair with a candle and jazz in the background (what a twat)!

Josh (28) – known as ‘Lockey’. Works in construction. Runs his family business and splits his time between London and back home in Bedfordshire (couple nights in the week back home, and regularly onsite). Loves running (being on Strava), gym, reading, fashion, hiking, tattoo’s, nights out, and exploring different areas of London!

Jack (28) – known as ‘Chellew’ (pronounced ‘sha-loo’). Works in digital marketing. Works from home 4 days a week. Loves reading, gaming, history, museums, West Ham, beers, a pub quiz, movies, 70s & 80s music, chilled out weekends!

Generally speaking I’d say we’re nice guys, very easy to get along with and not taking life too seriously so should be pretty easy to live with for most people.
