2 month sublet in Clapham/Brixton - £800 p/m

I’m subletting my room in a 3 bedroom flat as I move out to go travelling. The room will be available from 6th December to 31st January, although the end date is flexible and could be brought forward. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it really is a lovely flat and a lot cheaper than other rooms in the area for its size!

The flat:
- Huge, bright double bedroom with large wardrobe
- Shared living room and kitchen areas
- 1 big bathroom with shower & toilet. 1 smaller with toilet
- Happy to discuss leaving some furniture if needed
- Amazing location and transport links! 10 minute walk to Clapham North and Brixton tube stations

Price:
- £800 rent p/m, excluding bills. These are usually around £120 p/m

Housemates:
- You’ll be sharing this 3 bedroom flat with 2 other housemates
- Both girls are 27 and work in publishing and marketing. They are v friendly and really easy to get along with! They usually WFH 2-3 days a week.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, sociable and easy-going to fill the room.
