I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Clapham North with a balcony - just a 2 minute walk from Clapham North Station.

I’m 24, work as a contracts manager in the fit-out construction industry and I’m ideally looking for someone around the same age.

Outside of work, I find myself Socialising, going to Events/Pubs, Training, and Running.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment complex with lift access.
