Cosy double in sociable Clapham flatshare

Hi! We are Thomas and Jacob and, sadly, our flatmate Ben is having to move out mid-tenancy so we need somebody to take over the rest of the contract. We have a nice, cosy double room with pretty flexible availability for £1100, plus bills.

Ideally looking for someone quite sociable, will never turn down a trip to the pub! We've both got our own lives, but looking for someone who'll be down to chill in the living room of an evening every now and again.

It's a lovely flat, with a nice shared living space and a good-size garden, and a massive cellar should you need to dump any boxes and stuff out of sight. We've already got all the pots and pans and plates etc that you'll need, and will 100% be getting a bbq for the summer. As you can see from the pictures, it's a decent size room, with just the one shared bathroom. (More videos of the whole flat available on request.)

A bit about us as well - Jacob works in private security and regularly goes to Brazilian jiu jitsu a few days a week and Thomas works in the city, enjoys watching the football, rugby, most sports, and is a bit of a budding runner.
