Hey loves! I’m moving out my room right by Clapham North station to move in with my boyfriend, so looking for a new flatmate to join the three other girls already living here.

- 5 mins to Clapham North (Northern)
- 5 mins to Clapham High Street (Overground)
- 15 mins walk to Brixton Station (Victoria)
- 15 mins walk to Clapham Common
- Quite a few different supermarkets in walking distance:
- 5 mins walk to Lidl
- 10 mins to Tesco
- 10 mins to big Sains on Clapham High Street
- So many amazing pubs nearby (The Landor is a fave!) and all your fave Clapham cafes, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away
- Also within walking distance to Brixton, so you’ve got the best of both worlds !

- Double bed that you can access on both sides (big win)
- Furniture includes large built in wardrobe, bedside table, and full length mirror
- West facing so lots of lovely sunlight in the evening :)

- Abby, from the USA, is studying Early Years Education at uni and works part-time in a nursery
- Amalie, from Norway, has just finished her Master’s in Education Mangement and is a nursery teacher
- Carly, from the UK, just finished her Master’s and is a Software Engineer
- I’m the only one that works from home most of the week, so this is no issue at all
- All super lovely girls, we like hanging out watching movies in the evenings, as well as going out to the pub (the comedy night at The Railway is a recent addition)

- Big shared living room and kitchen
- 1 WC downstairs, plus one shared bathroom upstairs (shared by just three flatmates as Carly has an en-suite)
- All bills are included in the rent, so no need to worry about heating during the winter months
