Gorgeous top floor room in a large house, less than 5 minutes walk from the northern line (Clapham North Station). Room is bright and spacious with plenty of storage. Large house so it never feels too full but flatmates are a lovely bunch of professionals with careers ranging from management, finance and law. People are sensible and respectful to each other and each have jobs to be rested for and productive in.
Upstairs bathroom is shared by 4 people, though this has never caused any issue and the house is communicative if someone has a requirement.
Laundry room has both washing machine and a dryer.
I've loved living here, but I am ending my lease early in order to move in with my partner. The house is a great fit for someone looking for a friendly and social household.
Bills are all included however a one-off contribution of £150 for council tax will be required upon signing of contract.
Requirements from Capital Living (manage the house):
- You must be in full time employment
- No couples (unless otherwise specified) or friends sharing the room
- In general they should be a good fit for the house, common sense should be used here
- You will be subject to a standard referencing process and will be required to pay 1 weeks rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months rent once complete
- The usual process of first and last month’s rent is payable once contracts are signed.
