Looking for a flatmate to join our friendly, social 3 bedroom home ☺️

Your future room is super spacious with great storage and natural light. It comes partially furnished, including a bed, 1x bed side table, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We have a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washer/drier) and a comfy living area (where you’ll often find us catching up over dinner, debriefing over a cheeky wine, or binging our favourite show).

The home’s a short walk from Clapham North station, which opens right up to the social clapham high street, and an easy stroll up to the common.

Ideally you’re a social, friendly and clean working professional. We want someone who’s part of the family, rather than just passing through

You’ll be living with two social Aussies (a rarity for Clapham), a male (31) and female (37) who are always up for a laugh and chats, enjoy heading to the local, or exploring the best London has to offer (when we’re not gallivanting around Europe).

We share a bathroom but no one hogs it and we keep it super clean. We also have a professional cleaner each fortnight (£10 each)

- Monthly rent: £1050
- Bills + council tax: Around £100-£150 a month (depending on the season) - this includes wifi
- Deposit: £1154
- Timeline: 4 months left on the lease which will most likely extend for another 12

The flat downstairs has 3 girls who are also lovely and social, so there’s a great community vibe here.
