Double Room, 30 second walk from Tube Station

We have a great double room (£840 PCM - not inc. bills) available in Clapham North (literally 30 seconds walk from the tube station). We are two girls who have been living here for the past year and love it, but as our current flatmate is moving closer to her work we are looking for another like-minded girl to join our home.

I am a graphic designer (25y) who loves art and theatre. Katelyn works in beauty (24y), is an avid reader and has a psychotic collection of makeup. We both love to cook and often make meals for each other during the week.

To us an ideal flatmate would be kind, tidy and reliable professional who loves a good cosy night in as well as fun night out from time to time.

We have a great flat with an amazing location the only thing we should mention is our lounge is combined with one of the bedrooms (yellow bedspread in pics, not the one for rent) however, there is a couch in the room for rent as well. Bills and tax come to around 100 pounds a month.
