Clapham North- 2 double rooms available to move in from end December- 13th January. £1150 per month not including bills

My flatmates are sadly moving out so I’m looking for 2 more lovely people to move in with me. It’s a lovely flat over 2 floors, with one bedroom located on the first floor with the living room, bathroom and kitchen and the two other rooms on the top/second floor, as well as the terrace.

The flat is conveniently located near to both Stockwell (Victoria line) and Clapham North (Northern line) underground stations, as well as the Clapham High Street overground nearby too!

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would love likeminded people. I’m 27 and a nanny so out of the house in the day, but open to flatmates who would need to WFH too!

I enjoy relaxing in the evening and watching trashy TV and then socialising in a pub with friends or brunch on the weekends. I’d love to have flatmates who like to socialise, as well as respecting each other’s space too.
