Hey! I am moving out mid December therefore my lovely housemates are looking for a new housemate to move in on Jan 1st. The current contract is for 12 months with the option to extend. £1000 per month plus bills.

Sofia and Megan (both 25 years old) both working in central london looking for another girl to join. They like going out for dinners, coffees, gym, walks also a night out obvs but love a cosy night in as well.

The flat is in between Clapham and Brixton. Clapham North is a 5 min walk for home and 10 min walk from Brixton. The house is a gorgeous 3 double bedroom south facing sun trap with a garden and patio with an all open plan downstairs lounge/ kitchen/ diner. Lidl is a 10 minute walk, 2 local Sainsbury’s less than 5 mins away and big m&s opening soon in brixton 🕺🏽
