Three level house with a spacious living room and a recently renovated kitchen that includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
We also have a backyard/outdoor setting which is great for a summer BBQ.

The Location 📍
We’re right in the heart of Clapham with only a 5 minute walk to the high street. We’re also less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations, and Clapham High Street overground.

The room 🛏️
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. You will also have two external wardrobe cupboards with hanging rails.

The flatmates 🕺
You’ll be living with four other flatmates between 25-32 (2 Male and 2 Female). We’re all working professionals between marketing, cancer research, city planning and engineering. We all get along really well and get behind the occasional flat night out or pub quiz but also value our own time. We’d be looking for someone with similar interests
