Hi! We are Looking for a new flatmate (or couple) to join our 3-bedroom house in Clapham North.

🗓 Move-in Date: December 20th (negotiable)

🏡 The House
- Bright 3-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms – fully furnished.
- Quiet street but close to everything you need:
* 8 mins to Clapham North or Clapham Common stations.
* 6 mins to two Overground stations.
* 5 mins to bus stops.
- Walking distance to shops, pubs, gyms, a large Sainsbury’s, and Clapham Old Town.
- Bathroom upstairs & downstairs
- Lease till Sept 2025 and rent is £1200pcm

🛌 The room
- Top floor double room with a bathroom between this and the other top floor room so nice and separated.
- Fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- There is an option to also buy most of our stuff such as monitors, bed side lamps etc.

💸 Bills
- We pop in £100pp per month but this is so there a buffer, works out to be around 70 on average

🥸 Flatmates
- You will be living with 3 others, Kyle & Ella (Kiwis) and Sam (Aus). We’re a friendly social clean house that enjoy hanging out with each other.
