I’m renting out the spare room in my two-bedroom flat, located between Clapham North and Stockwell stations (around an 8-minute walk to both). The flat is set over the top two floors of the building, which gives great privacy. There will be a desk provided in the bedroom.
I work in finance and go into the office three days a week. I’m sociable and enjoy a drink, but also value having a relaxed quiet home. I’m looking for a female professional flatmate who’s clean, easygoing and respectful. Ideally someone who’s also in the office 2 or 3 days a week. I’ve recently got a little kitten who’s extremely well-behaved too.
Bills: around £160 per month, including Netflix
Available: February onwards however very flexible on move in date (could even be start of March worst case as I want the best fit !)
