Hey, I'm renting a 2 bedroom flat close to Clapham North station and am looking for a female flatmate!
This year I moved back to London, having spent the last 5 years in Lisbon. So I'd like to have not just a flatmate but also make a friend! I'm a happy, cheery, bubbly person and absolutely adore all that is pink & sparkly. I'm an engineering manager and work from home, but outside of that I love crafting, especially sewing (I make some of my clothes!); going to art exhibitions, shows, etc.
The apartment is in a great location and on the top floor (only 2 flights of stairs, don't worry!). It's furnished and I've made the living room & kitchen super cosy to be in. Your room has a double bed, a small desk & plenty of wardrobe space.
Important things:
- I have a high sensitivity to perfume, so none should be used in the flat
- I'd like the flat to be clean and tidy, expecting to share the cleaning every week or two.
