Hi👋 I'm renting a 2 bedroom flat very close (5 min walk) to Clapham North station and am looking for a female flatmate.
I'd like to have a flat full of fun&giggles and basically am looking for a friend, not just someone to fill the room❤️
The apartment is in a great location - nice quiet street - and on the top floor (only 2 flights of stairs, don't worry!). It's furnished and I've made the living room & kitchen super cosy to be in. That said, I'm open to changing the space together to make it feel homier for you too.
Your room has a double bed, a small desk & plenty of wardrobe space. Comes with a beautiful garden view and frequently you can spot squirrels!
Onto more boring things:
Bills example for June:
60 for electricity and gas
30 for water
So around 45 per person per month. More when heating is on.
Contract:
Technically for a year with a 6 month break clause, but this could all change with the renters bill and become much more flexible.
