I am sadly leaving this lovely house in Clapham North and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 3 months, ideally around mid February with the prospect of signing a new contract in May.

The house:
There are 4 bedrooms in total, shared with my University friends Danny, Connor and Tom (25-27 age) who all work full-time. The house has a very spacious shared living/dining area, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden area with furniture which is great for summer.

The room is the largest in the house with more than enough storage space and king size bed. Desk and chair not included but there is plenty of room for one.

Location:
Perfect location. The house is located 30 seconds from Clapham High Street Overground station (ideal to get to Clapham Junction and SE London) and 4 minutes from Clapham North underground station (Northern Line access). I work in the City and it is a 30 minute commute. It is also in very close proximity to plenty of pubs/bars around Clapham North/Common, as well as multiple shops and supermarkets for every day needs. The Common itself is just a 4 minute walk.

About You:
Ideally looking for a flatmate who's clean and enjoys socialising. We like a few pints at the local or just a chilled Tuesday watching the Champions League. If you think you're interested in living in a spacious room/house with a great location and social housemates, then please do message.
