Description
Our time in London has come to an end, and we are looking for a wonderful new housemate/s to fill the huge room located in SW4. The room is a massive double with a home office area and an en suite bathroom which will be exclusively yours to use. The room is at the top of the house and as such maintains a lot of heat during the winter, but remains well-ventilated in the summer because of the skylights. There is a huge amount of storage space in the roof and a double wardrobe.
The room is large and currently occupied by a couple, but could equally be taken by a single person. The preference is for a male if a single person takes the room, to maintain the balance of the household. The housemates are open to both a couple or single occupant, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
I have lived in the houseshare for years and can attest to the friendly and social nature of the house, which is something that we would like to continue moving forward. The current flatmates are young professionals between the ages of 24-30. There are 4 rooms in total and 2 bathrooms. The house has a shared kitchen and a very large garden which has hosted countless BBQs in the summer.
The property is let by a private landlord who we have a long-standing relationship with, who carries out maintenance as needed.
Bills tend to come to around £85 a month on top of rent and cover: electricity, gas, water, internet & council tax.
We are leaving the country on the 16th of December, so the move-in date would ideally be around this time, but there is some flexibility.
