We're a group of 4 girls in their 20s/ early 30s.

We have all lived together for 1-3 years and are now really good friends! 🩷

We're a sociable group of girls who are pretty quiet in the week, most of us gym, but usually chill together in the evening. We have a mix of working from home and in the office in the week. On the weekends we brunch, pub, go out for dinner or have friends round for drinks, and then usually have a hungover Sunday. We've all got our own groups of friends but like to do stuff together as well. We're looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates. We love to keep the house clean and tidy so we're looking for others who would do the same.

The house is huge with a big living room and big kitchen. We also have a large basement for storage. There's also a garden which is perfect for summer.

We're a 7 minute walk from Clapham North and less than 10 minutes Brixton, so perfect for commuting or being walking distance to the pubs.
