Clapham North Double size room

Unfortunately having to move out mid contract so looking for someone to take over. Nice, cozy double room available start of January

It’s a nice flat with a shared living space and a decent sized garden. Only a five minute walk to Clapham North Station/High Street and about 10 minutes to Brixton. Also a massive cellar to dumb extra belongings into.

You’ll be living with two other guys in their mid twenties, a Scotsman and a Kiwi. Both are super social but also respectful of each other’s space. They enjoy watching most sports and getting out to the pub for a couple.
