Refurbished double room on the first floor in this friendly, characterful shared house just 7 minutes walk from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street mainline/14 mins to Clapham Common. There is the option to purchase a parking permit from Lambeth Council.

The house has gas fired central heating and double glazing. There is a kitchen/dining room, separate sitting room, ground floor bathroom/WC, with shower and first floor shower room/WC. There is a small, sunny courtyard garden to the rear. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small desk.

All bills are shared equally between the 5 tenants, who each take responsibility for one of them. The Council Tax is Band E, which currently costs £2,279.95 a year.
