Double room to rent in Clapham North. 5 minutes to Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street train station. Brixton is a 10 minute walk if that. I am living here with my puppy so you must like dogs. House was recently painted and all the furniture is brand new as is the bed. Don't mind if you smoke as long as you don't burn the house down. I have other rooms to rent but not completed just yet. The house is a 6 bed. With garden. I have a large kitchen and living room next door which I don't use so you have it all to yourself. I have a wet room no bath. And an extra wc downstairs. I have washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a little park just behind mine with an outdoor gym and somewhere to sit and chill all free.
